    To quote the website below:
    “Smooth, silent winding with controlled-tension power spring. Easy, free-stripping action. Handy fold-down retrieve trigger.”
    What this is saying is that you have a wound up internal spring. You can pay out the line like you normally would with a fly reel, but when it comes time for retrieval you just press the button on the reel and the spring inside the reel winds the line back in.
